Cat is cute and cat likes peeking. Their adorable curiosity deeply attracts Japanese artist Fujita Satomi and she decides to frame that moment. When I say frame, it is literally frame – Satomi makes felt wool cat frames where cats are immortalized with their head keenly popping out of the frame.
Satomi must love cats a lot and obverse them carefully. Since each cat she made was given a unique expression, mood, and setting. Any type of cat you can imagine, she’s done it. Tabbies, Siamese, heterochromatic, hybrids, cat pairs. Besides the face, she also made some special tail version, which is pretty funny. She also felts some props for the framed cat, like fish and mice. There are many combinations of the cat frames and below are some of our favorites. You can head over to Satomi’s Instagram page to find more.
