From summery Africa to spiral galaxy, Poppleton is able to capture various mesmerizing scenes on the curves of the human physique. Some of the paintings were drawn on more than one person. With clever lighting arrangement, these paintings are connected and form a complete scene. Another special feature of Poppleton’s bodyscape actually glow under black lights. To create paints like that, artist need to work inside a darkened studio and painted with UV body paint under the illumination of the black light, which is a very surreal even spiritual experience for artist himself.
