We know eating sushi equals eating fish at most of time. Then what we mean fish like sushi? It is actually a new cuisine trend in Japan which cut and sculpture fish meat to look like graceful, swimming fish. The creatures utilize the same ingredients found in conventional sushi. For example, the white koi fish is created by pressing strips of salmon, sea urchin and an egg atop blocks of rice, along with a few flecks of nori seaweed. Then cover the fish with slice of translucent squid cut to resemble a tail and fins. Youtube channel JunsKitchen created a step-by-step guide on how to make this adorable sushi for yourself, if you ever want.
