Designed by Arhitektura Budjevac, AV loft apartment is located in Niš, Serbia. The current layout is derived from two traditional apartments. To make the room as open as possible, all of the walls have been torn down, leaving concrete beams and only one column. All the concrete has been left exposed. The bathroom is the only space separated from the rest of the apartment and well hidden behind wooden panels which emulate a stack of beams, covering up the wardrobe as well as the bathroom door. As the most open bedroom design, a glass partition is added to provide effective privacy as well as keep the room airy and open. Another kindly interesting design feature is the hidden kitchen behind of the black glossy particle board. Looks like the home owner and designer do work hard to hide all the clutter. Not that family friendly, but work perfectly for young couple or bachelor.
