Poping water ballon is a fun to many kids and probably as well for London-based photographer Edward Horsford who creates split-second water balloon explosions. To capture these nicely popped balloon photos, Horsford has to take a lot of work and preparation. And here is the detailed explaination from him: “Generally I use smallish balloons so that when filled the rubber is very taught. The filling is mostly water and with some dye suually. I have a long piece of sharpened steel rod that I use to do the popping. I can mount it on a stand or in the air.”
