Winter is cold, but winter is fun as well, especially when there is snow. And snow is not only good for kids (see various snow toys), it is for grown up as well (except those who have to their own snow cleaning on driveway). For many of us, we simply play snow as-is. While others find a unique opportunity to show off their creative side. Like the self-proclaimed snowman artisan, Twitter user @mokomoko_2015, who creates some incredible snow sculptures.
The majority of these snow sculptures inspired from anime, games, and movies. Each sculpture is completed in stunning detail and occasionally illuminated with mind-bending lighting set ups. It is pretty amazing. And I am really curious how the artist can hold snow up like that.
For those concerned about the longevity of the sculptures, thankfully, the winter in Japan rolls through until the end of March. So these sculptures should stay quite long before they start to melt. In the other words, we can expect more of those amazing snow sculptures from @mokomoko_2015. And to do so, you just need to follow the artist on twitter or pay a regular visit to the twitter page.
