Fold-able bike is not a new idea and we have already seen many great designs no matter it is still a concept or purchasable already. However, all these designs somewhat have unsatisifying place here and there. Hence, more and more designers devote their effort to make it better. Today, we want to show you another interesting concept – “Somersetâ bike” from Kaiser Chang. According to Chang, “The problem most riders are facing are transportation needs between the home and the mass transit system followed by the tail end of a commute to their job. ” Hence, he designed the bike” which has an oval-shaped tube frame that acts as a slide rail, making the front fork slide down along the frame about half of the circular frame to combine two wheels and finally become a handcart, so that that adjustment can take place conveniently.
