Called Barisieur, this innovative alarm clock designed by Joshua Renouf will wake you up with a bespoke cup of coffee or tea at the moment you need it most. When it is close to alarm clock, the coffee maker will start to work. It will gradually wake you up with the subtle movement of stainless steel ball bearings that boil water via induction heating, accompanied by the smell of freshly brewed coffee or tea. Moreover, it also encourages a ritual before going to sleep – set up the machine, prepare the water, tea/coffee and sugar, signalling to the body and mind that it is time to relax. How cool that is!
