It looks like some people not only like to play with food, and especially like the plate food on plate! Year ago, we showed some interesting seasonal landscape on plate by Andrea Bricco, and today there is another artist Hong Yi (aka Red) who create her food art on a white plate background. The idea behind this project is to convince people “Creativity is all around us. We can get creative with anything, even with limited tools, and that like a child, we’ll see joy and fun even in ordinary, everyday items.”
To create these declicious food art, Hong Yi just uses some simple kitchen tools like chopsticks, skewers, and a butter knife. With her imagination, those ordinary food like fruit, veggeis, eggs and cookies become landscape, animal and human.
