If a cool costume is not enough for your beloved Halloween, you got to check the spooky but creative Halloween-themed lip makeup art created by Spanish makeup artist and photographer Eva SenÃn Pernas. By applying her ingenious art skills she makes lips look creepy, mysterious and glamorous at the same time.
