In DesignSwan, we love projects of small apartments and we always be amazed by how smart those interior designer can be in terms of making use of space. No matter is taking advantage of high ceiling or using some multi-functional customized furniture, the creation of original solutions can be found in many cases and give us a lots of inspiration. Designed by Justyna Wasiluk-PtaszyÅ„ska, the apartment featured in this post is located in the Old Market Square in Lublin, Poland. With a fantastic atmosphere and history, it is a great location for active people. However, the cost of convenience is fairly small area (less than 30 meters square). Likely, it has a quite high ceiling which allows designer to expand space with the use of a mezzanine floor. By moving the bedroom to mezzanine floor, the kitchen and bathroom are able to be enlargered and more airy living space is gained. The photos below looks quite impressive. However, I can’t find any storage space from the photo or the floor plan. Just wonder how people live there store their belonging?
