When you see those goldfish pictures, the first impression might be… yeah, there are some photos of goldfish. But how about I tell you these goldfishes aren’t real? They are just 3D paintings created by Riusuke Fukahori via using a complex process of poured resin. The fish are painted meticulously, layer by layer, the sandwiched slices revealing slightly more about each creature, similar to the function of a 3D printer. We have no idea of how long it takes Riusuke Fukahori to draw one fish. However, it must be a painstaking process that results in something that’s both a painting and sculptural.
