In these days, handcraft jewelry has becomes a trend and it literally can be made from all kinds of materials. Maybe just several years ago, you might question, how I spend money buying some made of resin, clay or even pencil? However, it is totally normal now and you probably won’t want to wear those traditional jewelry anymore.
The works we presented here is from German designer Britta Boeckmann. Inspired by the beauty of Australia’s ocean landscapes, Boeckmann uses bonded beach sand, ultramarine blue resin, and metal pigments to craft these “tiny, wearable beach”. Each lovingly piece pays homage to Australia’s stunning shorelines.
