Fitzroy House, remodeled and enhanced by Techne Architects, is a harmonious dream home exuding boldness and character. This project retains and restores the original frontage while adding a rear addition with three levels of new living space. The new and old part are seamlessly connected. Regular windows were replaced with glass panels to allow more light flow and better view of surrounding greenery. Moreover, archetictor clevely integrates artworks and personal items into the design, successfully creates playful and colorful living space.
