This interactive watch by Julien Moise uses the wearer’s own renewable wind energy to power it’s icy blue display. To read the time the user simply blows on the propeller mechanism to generate just enough electricity to activate a short visual sequence. It looks like a nice design but definitely need more technical thinking, such as the damage caused by dust, rain, sleeves? And how to keep the hour on time if the blowing is just for display. Does it still require some kind of battery to make sure the watch is on time? [source]
