Welcome to our Monday routine Life Gadget Design. As usual, 10 creative, bizarre or even silly designs will be presented here. Hope you enjoy!

1. Solar Powered Tie

Researchers at Iowa State University have glued solar panels onto the symbol of male corporate oppression and hooked it up to a Nokia phone, which sits in a handy pocket at the back of the tie. [link]

2. USB Fan Tie

Creative necktie from Thanko with USB-powered fan in the knot. Seems you can cool down as well as you have your computer at side. [link]

3. Splash Sink

Unusual, colorful and creative: in a word, “Splash”. (Not sure is that just me, it looks like blood to me)  [link]

4. Handful of Plates

5. K-wine Dishware

The difference between K-wine and a traditional plate with glass holder is that K-wine moves the weight from the side to the middle of the plate. Therefore, even if the glass is full, the weight of the plate is balanced. [link]
