These beautiful ice cube sculptures blow our minds of any ice cube we can imagine. Featured in in ads for the Suntory, a Japanese brand of whiskey, these stunning ice cubes come in various shapes, from Batman and deadmau5 to Statue of Liberty and astronaut. It is not simple to create ice cube sculpture like that. It was first designed via Autodesk 123D app, useful for turning images of things into blueprints for 3D printers. Then a CNC router is used to carve the designs into the ice block. The ad company (tbwahakuhodo.co.jp) who made the project, added that sculptures are finished when “a touch of chilled whiskey polishes the surface of the ice and gives a beautiful shine to the sculpture.” Let’s first take a look at these crystal looking ice sculptures and don’t forget to watch amazing whiskey ads which use the ice cube at the bottom.
