Although Madrid-based origami enthusiast Gonzalo García Calvo is a professional musician in daytime, his spare time is fully occupied by paper folding. Using a variety of different techniques and papers, the talented origami enthusiast is able to fold various animals, objects, and even a few sci-fi figures. Those designs are so intricate and beautiful that it’s hard to believe that they’re folded out of only one piece of paper. Too bad the artist doesn’t include a video showing how he brings paper into life. We can only enjoy the static images for now.
