Instead of constantly trying to wipe away the smudged fingerprints all over those shining surface, Austrian graphic artist and illustrator Ingrid Aspöck instead decided to be inspired and imagined these whimsical fingerprint adventures. She says, “In spite of being annoyed by them, I find them quite charming as they give this fancy technical device a human touch.” By doing so, Aspöck embraces fingerprints and patterns them into adorable little stories – An orchestra conductor and an audience, a rock star and crowds of fellow music-lovers, and a superhero saving the day.
